Policies and Compliance
As a successful consultancy working largely within the public sector, Mentis has recognised that it is crucial for our clients that we endorse and actively encourage compliance with established and emergent standards for corporate behaviour. We have created a strong focus for all our staff on compliance and pro-active support for better ways of interacting with staff, stakeholders, clients and the wider world - be it as an employer, a consumer or in our impact upon the fragile environment we occupy.
We decided some years ago to publish sumaries of all our main policies on this website for easy reference by clients, associates and other interested parties. Where appropriate, these are supported by more detailed compliance and audit processes, fully recorded on our central systems and available to present and prospective clients on request.
